My culinary journey began in childhood, baking alongside my mom and discovering the joy of creating delicious treats.

Like many growing up in the ā€˜90s, I was steered toward a traditional path - graduate high school, go to college, and secure a stable office job for the next 30 years. After spending years in the corporate world, the pandemic became a turning point, a stark reminder that life is too short to settle for anything less than true fulfillment. I made the bold decision to leave behind the office life and pursue my passion for cooking professionally.

The kitchen became my canvas, a place where I felt truly productive, sharing joy through the food I created. After honing my skills in several bakeries, I ventured into the savory side, learning the intricate arts of pickling, crafting flavored nuts, and exploring bold flavor pairings. This culinary journey has become an art form that I deeply love, and I’m excited to continue sharing that passion with others.
